Brides de Gala en Désordre – Hugo Grygkar & Cyrille Diatkine – Hermès Scarf 70
Who doesn't have their own Brides de Gala (Gala Bridles)? One of the best-known Hermès scarves, first issued in 1957. It has been reissued regularly since, in its classic version, in revisited versions, or, as here, in a merged version. Originally drawn by Hugo Grygkar, Brides de Gala was given a “Désordre” (in disarray) interpretation in 2003 by Cyrille Diatkine. The design presented here was born in 2020 and merges the designs of the two artists. A very beautiful scarf, quite hard to find, a favourite with collectors. It exists only in 70 × 70 cm, in “vintage” silk, a silk that is suppler and softer to the touch than classic silk twill. The colours are vibrant. Impeccable condition, as new, in its orange Hermès box with its boutique tag! An ideal gift.
