Delivery
All orders will be sent to you within 48 hours (working days), you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package depending on the service provider you have selected during checkout (Chronopost, Colissimo or Mondial Relay) which will allow you to track the journey of your package.
Delivery times are displayed during checkout. For example, the order will arrive at your home within 24 hours by Chronopost, two to three working days from the date of deposit of the package at the Post Office for shipments in France by Colissimo, within one week to ten days for international shipments (depending on the country of destination).
This depends on the destination of the package and the service provider/delivery time you have chosen. The prices are displayed for each of them during checkout.

Depending on the service provider you have chosen for delivery, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your package and a link where to go to follow its delivery. If the latter is not yet found by the system, this means that it has not yet been sent. A little patience and this one should appear shortly.

Of course. We know that it is sometimes difficult to buy on
Internet. Do not hesitate to order the items you like and try them quietly at home.
You can return items that do not suit you within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.
- Send us by e-mail to contact@carresociety.com your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return the item(s) to us.
- Reimbursement will take place upon receipt of the item.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return one or more items to us.
You are reimbursed upon receipt and inspection of the item(s). You will then receive an e-mail notifying you of the refund.
Bank processing times vary from 48 hours to several days depending on your bank.

Our mission is to guarantee the authenticity of the second-hand Hermès scarves offered for sale on our site. Our team physically assesses each scarf before offering it to you for sale. We are so sure of our expertise that we offer you the guarantee to take back and reimburse you for any Hermès scarf purchased on our site if it turns out to be a counterfeit without a time limit .
All our Hermès scarves come from private collections of individuals that we have purchased or which have been placed on consignment.
